Thank you for visiting Crystal Coven®.

Each piece is created by hand in small, intentional batches or as a one-of-one work. These pieces are not mass-produced adornments, but intentional works created to be worn, kept, and collected. Due to the nature of this work, all sales are final.

If something is not right with your order upon arrival, please reach out within 48 hours at megan@crystalcoven.com so it can be reviewed.

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the care of the postal carrier. Crystal Coven is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. However, if an issue arises, I will assist in contacting the carrier and help troubleshoot where possible.

Tracking information is provided upon shipment. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Orders are shipped with standard carrier coverage. While I take care in packaging and dispatch, full replacement or reimbursement for lost packages cannot be guaranteed.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
