As a small shop, we only accept returns if the item is defective. Any questions or concerns about size or color should be voiced before purchase.

International Buyers:
Please be aware of the common shipping procedures in your country of residence. Once the item has left the United States it is unlikely that the item is traceable. Crystal Coven is not responsible for items once they have been received by shipping companies. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or other fees out of the seller's control.
