The Witch’s Metamorphosis Mala was created to honor the cycles of shedding and renewal that shape a life of practice.

One hundred and eight beads form the body of the mala, traditionally used for meditation and mantra work. Black Tourmaline, Larvikite, Prehnite, Agni Manitite, and Smoky Quartz move through the strand, stones long associated with grounding, resilience, and intuitive growth. Rosewood beads complete the strand, bringing warmth and organic balance to the work.

Agni Manitite, sometimes known as Pearls of Fire, is a rare form of volcanic glass whose energy is often described as a gentler counterpart to Moldavite. It is traditionally associated with protection, grounding, and the strengthening of personal power.

Blue Tara Quartz anchors the work, electroformed in blackened copper and set as the central stone of the pendant. Known for its calm clarity and deep intuitive qualities, the stone is often sought by those moving through periods of transformation and spiritual expansion.

Blue Tara Quartz is an increasingly rare material, believed by some to have come from deposits that are now exhausted. Stones of this kind are becoming difficult to obtain, and only a small number have passed through my studio.

Each bead has been hand knotted individually, allowing intention to be worked into the strand slowly and deliberately.

The mala measures approximately 42.5 inches and may be worn long or wrapped twice around the neck. A removable Crystal Coven maker’s tag rests at the back of the mala.
Pendant length: approximately 2.75 inches.

Natural stones may contain internal fissures or inclusions that do not affect the stability of the piece.

Remove before sleeping, bathing, or swimming. Treat the mala with care.
